Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Curvex (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our Interface. Curvex is a non-custodial front-end for launching and trading bonding-curve tokens on Solana. We keep data collection minimal — only what we need to operate and improve the platform.

1. Core principle

Your wallet stays your wallet. All trades are signed locally in your wallet and executed on-chain. We never have access to your private keys, seed phrase, or funds. We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not run advertising trackers.

2. Information we collect

Wallet address — your public key only, collected when you connect a wallet. We never receive your private key or seed phrase.

Usage data — pages visited, errors, performance metrics, and general interaction patterns. This helps us keep the site stable and fast.

Token metadata you submit — name, symbol, image, description, and optional social links when you create a coin. This data is stored and displayed publicly on the Interface.

Technical data — browser type, device type, IP address (used for fraud prevention and geographic restriction enforcement, not stored long-term), and referral source.

3. What we do not collect
  • Private keys, seed phrases, or wallet credentials — ever.
  • Payment card or bank account information.
  • Government-issued ID or KYC documents.
  • Advertising or cross-site tracking identifiers.
  • Personal information from minors under 18.
4. How we use your information
  • To operate, maintain, and improve the Interface.
  • To display token metadata and on-chain activity.
  • To detect abuse, fraud, and geographic-restriction violations.
  • To diagnose and fix technical errors.
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations.
5. Third-party services

We may use third-party providers to help operate the Interface, including: infrastructure / hosting providers, error-monitoring services (e.g., Sentry), analytics services (e.g., Vercel Analytics or similar), and RPC node providers (e.g., Helius, QuickNode). These providers may process limited technical data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy policies. We do not share your wallet address or token metadata with third parties for advertising purposes.

6. Cookies & local storage

We may use minimal cookies or browser local storage strictly to improve user experience — for example, to remember your connected wallet state, UI preferences, or dismissed notices. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some Interface features may not function correctly as a result.

7. Blockchain data

Transactions you sign are recorded permanently on the Solana blockchain. Blockchain data is public and immutable — we cannot delete or modify it. When you trade or launch a token, your public wallet address and transaction details are permanently visible on-chain to anyone.

8. Data retention

We retain usage data and error logs for a maximum of 90 days, after which they are deleted or anonymized. Token metadata you submit is retained for as long as the Interface operates, as it is necessary for displaying coin information. You may request removal of metadata by contacting us (see Section 10), though note that on-chain data cannot be deleted.

9. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data (to the extent technically possible); object to or restrict processing; and data portability. If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to opt out of any sale (we do not sell personal data). To exercise any of these rights, contact us via the details in Section 10.

10. International transfers

Curvex may store and process data in servers located outside your country of residence. By using the Interface, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries that may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction. We take reasonable steps to ensure your data is treated securely wherever it is processed.

11. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data we hold against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach affecting your rights and freedoms, we will notify affected users as required by applicable law.

12. Children

The Interface is not directed at or intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, we will delete it promptly. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Interface after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

14. Contact

For privacy requests, data subject rights, or questions about this policy, please contact the Curvex team via the official social links on the homepage. Please include “Privacy Request” in your message.
