Fees

Launching a token on Curvex involves two on-chain transactions. The first transaction (~0.018 SOL) initializes the bonding curve and mints the token on-chain. The second transaction executes your optional first buy. There is no additional platform charge beyond these Solana transaction costs.

Exact cost may vary slightly based on Solana account rent and network conditions.

On every buy, Curvex takes a 0.50% platform fee from the SOL you send. The remaining SOL enters the bonding curve and determines your token amount. No creator fee is charged on buys.

Example: Buy with 1 SOL → 0.005 SOL fee, 0.995 SOL goes into the curve.

Fee cap: maximum 0.50 SOL per trade (protects large buyers).

Sell fees are deducted from the SOL you receive. Creator fees depend on how the coin was configured at launch. If the creator wallet is unset, the 0.40% is not charged.

Example: Sell for 1 SOL output → 0.006 SOL platform + 0.004 SOL creator = 0.990 SOL net to you.

Fee cap: maximum 0.25 SOL total sell fee per trade.

When a coin reaches its graduation threshold (based on its curve type — Linear, Degen, or Wave), Curvex automatically migrates the bonding-curve liquidity to a Raydium CPMM pool. This process:

• Uses the SOL collected by the bonding curve as Raydium LP liquidity.
• Mints the remaining token supply to the LP pool.
• Burns 100% of LP tokens — liquidity is locked forever, there is no rug risk from the platform.
• Charges a Raydium pool-creation fee (~0.15 SOL on mainnet) paid from the curve-collected SOL — not from your wallet.

Curvex does not charge an additional fee for graduation. All curve-collected SOL minus the Raydium creation fee goes into the Raydium pool as deep liquidity.

Out of a 1,000,000,000 total token supply. Thresholds are set on-chain at coin creation and cannot be changed.

Every transaction on Solana requires a small network fee (~0.000005 SOL) paid directly to Solana validators. Curvex does not receive or benefit from network fees. Priority fees may apply during periods of high network congestion.

Displayed amounts (tokens received, price impact, fees) are estimates based on current on-chain state. Actual results may differ due to price movement between estimate and confirmation, network conditions, or slippage. The confirmed on-chain transaction is always the source of truth. By confirming a transaction in your wallet, you accept the on-chain result as final.
